Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a bold, curious, and creative Graphic Designer to join our regional team. If you love turning ideas into visuals, experimenting with motion, and creating designs that actually feel like something: this is for you.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience + a portfolio that shows your vibe.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • Motion design/video editing basics.
  • Presentation design skills (PowerPoint).
  • Good eye for detail, color, layout, and trends.
  • Ability to work fast, stay organized, and handle feedback like a pro.
  • Team spirit and comfort working in a multicultural environment.
  • English communication skills.

Your future role
  • Create fresh visuals for campaigns, employer branding, and talent initiatives.
  • Design across formats: social graphics, digital assets, print, and presentations.
  • Bring concepts to life with motion design and basic video editing.
  • Adapt designs based on feedback while keeping everything on-brand.
  • Collaborate with Talent, Marketing, and HR to turn ideas into eye-catching visuals.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for design, video, and content creation.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
