Who we are looking for

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members and employees,
Capability to work independently as well as part of a team,
Proficiency in English and German at a communicative level,
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills,
Strong knowledge of Excel,
Prior experience in HR admin support or data management is a plus, but not required.

Your future role

Manage and maintain HR data of clients' employees in internal databases,
Ensure data accuracy and organization,
Respond to inquiries related to HR data,
Support the smooth transfer of HR admin support tasks to the delivery centre,
Collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure seamless operations.
