  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools.

Your future role
The HR Junior Operations Specialist is an entry level position and is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Central European regional operations team, in delivering efficient and accurate administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and compliant HR experience. 🗂️🔍

As a HR Junior Operations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: 
  • Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS. 
  • Processing data maintenance requests, data entry according to manual and guidance shared.
  • Ensure data accuracy by conducting regular audits and validations, running checks and data hygiene controls.
  • Support internal communications to effectively share information within the team for the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support the HR and analytics team in decision-making.
  • Cooperate on operations process improvement.
  • Sharing experience and experience exchange with colleagues (teammates).
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and duties.
