Description & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Administration with solid knowledge of core HR processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems (SAP is a plus).

Very good knowledge of labor legislation.

A client-oriented mindset — you understand HR is about delivering excellent internal service.

Very good command of English.

You will play a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring operational excellence:

Oversee hiring and termination processes, ensuring full compliance with local laws and company standards.

Draft and manage employment contracts, addendums, decisions, and employee documentation.

Maintain and optimize HR systems and reporting accuracy.

Support payroll by collecting and centralizing essential employee data.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR platforms.
