Description & Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in consulting, HR transformation, or a fast-paced, dynamic HR environment
- Proven track record of leading or delivering complex HR transformation engagements or deep expertise in one or more HR functional areas, such as:
- HR operating model design, shared services, and service delivery transformation
- HR technology implementation and digital HR solutions
- Process re-engineering, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Talent management, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives
- Problem Solving & Judgement: Demonstrated ability to lead problem-solving efforts, structure complex issues, and exercise sound judgement in ambiguous, high-impact situations
- Analytical Mindset: Advanced analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize data, generate insights, and translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Project & Change Leadership: Strong experience managing workstreams or projects end-to-end, with solid knowledge of project management, change management, and agile methodologies
- Collaboration & Delivery Excellence: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive results within tight timelines
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build trusted client relationships, engage senior stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Business Development & Market Contribution: Active contribution to business growth through proposal development, identifying client opportunities, account expansion, and strengthening the Human Capital practice
- HR Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of the HR technology landscape, including experience with leading platforms (e.g., HRIS, talent systems, analytics tools) and digital HR trends
- Understanding of AI and automation in HR service delivery
- Experience leveraging data analytics for workforce insights and decision-making
- Awareness of emerging HR trends and future of work topics
- Experience working across multiple industries, regions, or global programs
- Lead and deliver complex HR transformation projects and programmes (e.g., HR operating model design, service delivery transformation, shared services implementation), ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Drive stakeholder engagement, including senior HR and business leaders, to ensure adoption, alignment, and successful outcomes
- Oversee project governance, risk management, and delivery quality, managing workstreams and junior team members
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering capability development and team performance
- Contribute to end-to-end transformation initiatives, integrating people, processes, and technology
- Support and lead business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and thought leadership
