Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for

Lead the design and delivery of complex human capital projects across areas such as HR transformation, organizational design, workforce strategy, performance management, and talent development.
 *
 Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outputs, timely delivery, and financial performance.
 *
 Conduct diagnostics, assessments, and stakeholder interviews to identify issues and develop actionable recommendations.
 *
 Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
 Business Development & Practice Growth
 *
 Support business development activities by preparing proposals, presentations, and thought leadership materials.
 *
 Contribute to expanding Deloitte's footprint in commercial and donor-funded projects in Ukraine and the CE region.
 *
 Build trusted relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for continued collaboration.
 Team Leadership & People Development
 *
 Manage, mentor, and coach project team members, fostering their professional growth and engagement.
 *
 Promote Deloitte's culture of excellence, inclusion, and well-being within the team.
 *
 Ensure effective knowledge sharing and contribute to capability building within the Human Capital practice.
Requirements
 Education & Experience
 *
 Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
 *
 6-8 years of professional experience in consulting or HR roles, including at least 2 years in a managerial or project leadership position.
 *
 Proven experience in delivering HR or organizational transformation projects.
 Skills & Competencies
 *
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
 *
 Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Ukrainian.
 *
 Ability to build client trust and lead diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
 *
 Sound understanding of modern HR technologies and data-driven HR practices.
 *
 High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability.
 Additional Advantages
 *
 Experience with donor-funded or public sector projects.
