Who we are looking for

✔ Do you have previous experience with Python and Node.js?

✔ Are you interested in low-code and creating digital Contact Center flows?

✔ Do you want to develop your skills and be part of international projects for global brands? 🌍

As an Amazon Connect Developer, you will be part of projects implementing Cloud Contact Center solutions supported by AI.

You’ll gain proficiency in managing contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and other essential Amazon Connect components, its integration to telephony technologies and other AWS services.

🎯 What we expect from you:

1+ years of programming experience with Python and Node.js – position is suitable for fresh graduates
Interest in low-code platforms and passion for new AI technologies (e.g. Amazon Connect)
Understanding or experience in contact center operations is an advantage
Proactive personality with an analytical mindset and strong communication skills
Basic understanding of programming concepts and conversational design
English - written and spoken
Polish residency

Your future role

You will create digital Contact Center flows using Amazon Connect, use automation low-code tools and Python / Node.js to code the solution, and then test the final solution
