Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Junior Business/System Analyst to join our Core Banking projects team.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience working with banking systems, client-facing projects, and end-to-end project delivery.

Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of business processes and/or IT systems (banking knowledge is a plus, not a must)
Good communication skills and willingness to work with clients
Attention to detail and structured thinking
Motivation to learn, grow, and build a career in Core Banking systems

Your future role

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Participate in analytical workshops, meetings, and client calls to understand processes, challenges, and business needs
Be involved in all stages of the project delivery lifecycle
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing activities
Provide day-to-day support on ongoing projects
Assist Project Managers with:
Project planning
Risk & issue reporting
Data migration activities
Continuously develop expertise in the products delivered by obtaining vendor certifications
