🎯 What we expect from you:

Degree in IT or relevant experience, such as system monitoring, auditing, incident response, or forensic analysis.
Strong technical skills, with familiarity in MS Office, R, Python, or SQL, and the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Analytical and problem-solving skills—ability to assess risks, identify causes, and suggest actions to mitigate them.
Proactive mindset, eager to learn about cybersecurity, AI, ML, and other emerging fields.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in both Czech and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with industry frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and ITIL, or relevant certifications.
Understanding of IT systems, networks, and applications, including their vulnerabilities and cybersecurity processes and tools.

Your future role

Work in a risk management-focused team, addressing current cybersecurity challenges faced by clients.
Collaborate on projects for various clients across the Czech Republic and internationally, identifying gaps and implementing new solutions.
Analyze and present findings, contributing to the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies.
Regularly participate in client meetings and workshops, supporting ongoing audits to ensure consistent security levels.
Work closely with technical security teams and penetration testers on solutions.
