Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Knowledge Management Specialist to lead and manage our organization’s digital knowledge ecosystem.

This individual will design and maintain knowledge management systems (KMS) for an audit function of our organization within Central Europe (15+ countries), develop strategies for knowledge capture and dissemination, and foster a culture of information sharing. The role combines the analytical mindset of a researcher, the organizational skill of a librarian, and the technical aptitude of a digital information manager.

🎯 What we expect from you: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science, Knowledge Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in knowledge management, information science, digital librarianship, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of knowledge structures, information architecture, and taxonomy management.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), enterprise search, and collaborative tools.
  • Ability to translate complex, unstructured information into organized, accessible formats.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a facilitative and service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in managing knowledge-related change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced English skills.

🛠️Preferred Tools & Technologies (experience with any of the following is a plus):
  • Microsoft SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, Guru, M-Files, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge graph software or semantic search tools.
  • AI-enhanced search or document classification systems.
  • Digital asset management systems (DAMs).
  • Metadata standards and information governance frameworks.
Your future role
  • Design, implement, and maintain knowledge repositories and digital libraries (e.g., SharePoint, Research Portal (the Firm’s proprietary global KM system) etc).
  • Identify, organize, tag, and classify internal content (technical documents such as guides, policies, templates, checklists etc.) using metadata, taxonomies, and ontologies to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Develop processes for capturing relevant content from technical experts in local countries and subject matter experts.
  • Advise and coach the content creators regarding the development of effective and efficient technical content
  • Lead knowledge reviews and gap analyses to evaluate knowledge needs across audit function professionals.
  • Provide training and support for teams on knowledge-sharing tools and best practices.
  • Ensure proper governance and lifecycle management of digital content.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and business units to align KM strategy with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with our global organization regarding the content stored in our global KM system.
  • Monitor emerging trends in knowledge management, AI-assisted information retrieval, and digital collaboration.
