The Korean Senior Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Deloitte offices in Deloitte Czech Republic, Deloitte Korea, Deloitte Central Europe, Deloitte Global, and Korean companies operating in the local market.
The role is focused on facilitating effective communication, supporting project coordination, and ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple stakeholders focusing on sales. This position plays a vital part in identifying business opportunities, supporting the execution of global and regional strategies, and driving strong cooperation within Deloitte’s local service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop service opportunities with Korean companies operating in the local market.
• Facilitate communication and support project coordination between client companies and local Deloitte engagement teams.
• Share information and collaborate effectively with secondees from other countries within the Central Europe (CE) region.
• Support the effective implementation of strategies initiated by Deloitte Global, Deloitte CE, and Deloitte Korea.
• Work closely with various service lines within the local Deloitte office to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
• Report to the Czech Korean desk leader and his/her fellow partners.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of audit, tax, accounting, and consulting services is crucial.
• Fluency in English and a native speaker of Korean.
• A CPA qualification is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional research abilities and analytical thinking.
• Keen desire to learn and explore new areas in depth.
• Master’s/Bachelor´s degree is required.
