Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Law school graduate and Bar membership;
  • Over 3 years of professional experience in a reputable law firm;
  • General M&A experience is also an advantage;
  • Sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, in-depth knowledge of the Romanian Civil Code, very good legal writing skills;
  • Fluency in written/spoken English is a must, any other foreign language is an advantage;
  • Team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable.
Your future role
  • Exposure to various high-profile real estate projects;
  • Significant involvement in real estate related legal services, in particular due diligence, and legal advice;
  • Complex legal advice on real estate permitting, including urbanism matters, in contract drafting and transaction negotiations.
