Who we are looking for

Who we are looking for:

As a Manager / Senior Manager in FSI Accounting Advisory team, you will play a key role in delivering accounting and financial reporting advisory projects for Financial Institutions. You will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and leading dedicated project teams. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of the practice and driving its success.

Key requirements include:

7+ years of professional experience in FSI Accounting Advisory or FSI Audit roles, with an advanced knowledge of IFRS and Polish accounting rules.
Strong understanding of Financial Reporting principles, accounting regulations, financial instruments accounting and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
Excellent analytical and structured thinking abilities, combined with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail – we are looking for a “can do” attitude and creativity in problem solving.
Strong, practical knowledge of the financial sector in Poland with a particular focus on banking.
Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, with demonstrated involvement in business development, supported by strong commercial acumen and deal-oriented thinking.
Proven team management skills, with experience in leading and mentoring teams effectively.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle complex challenges with resilience.
Fluent in Polish and English, with strong communication and presentation skills to deliver insights clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.

Additional Considerations:

Holding a qualification as a Chartered Auditor (Biegły Rewident) is an asset or being advanced in the certification process.
Eagerness to learn, expand knowledge, and collaborate with specialists from various domains and geographies.

Your future role

Your future role:

Managing Advisory projects across various domains, such as implementation of new accounting standards (IFRS), application of existing standards to complex transactions (including financial instruments accounting), , Financial Reporting for Financial sector clients.
Preparing high-quality outputs such as accounting position papers, process documentation, and client presentation materials.
Leading workshops, client meetings, and training sessions to analyze needs, present project outcomes, and provide insights.
Overseeing organizational and content-related aspects of project teams, focusing on team development and knowledge sharing.
Collaborating closely with Partners to support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and client relationship management.
Taking responsibility for key components of project planning, progress monitoring, and ensuring adequate project management practices are in place.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying further opportunities to add value.
Engaging in internal initiatives for knowledge development and promoting collaboration with specialists from other countries within the organization.
