We are looking for a PMO Analyst with a passion for supporting diverse project management initiatives for our clients. In this role, you will assist our PMO team in coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, and supporting clear and effective client communication. If you are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to impactful projects, we’d love to hear from you! 🌟

🎯 What we expect from you:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or a related field, with an interest in project management.
Organizational, multitasking, and strong communication abilities.
Proficiency in German and English; proactive, positive, and eager to learn in a project-driven environment.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic familiarity with project management principles; coursework or certifications are a plus.

Your future role

Supporting the organization and tracking of project tasks and activities to ensure smooth progress.
Assisting in preparation of project reports, documents, and presentations to maintain clear project records.
Participating in project meetings, taking accurate notes, and following up on action items to support effective communication.
Helping to maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
Contributing to tracking project deliverables and conducting analyses to assess project success and areas for improvement.
