Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for junior passionate PMO Specialist with fluent German, ready to join us and support the PMO team helping in Key Account and framework contract management to make a real impact on our Government & Public Sector practice development. Ideal candidate for this position should have a very good written & oral communication skills in both German and English, be innovative and technology savvy in using AI tools to accelerate effectiveness with a "can do" mindset. Public sector background will be an advantage.

  • strong and effective communication skills;
  • German at C1 level, good English skills;
  • planning and organizational skills with good knowledge of PMO framework;
  • proven experience in PMO role coordination activities;
  • strong analytical, problem-solving skills with high attention to detail;
  • proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
  • experience in use of tools supporting task management, e.g. Jira & SharePoint will be an asset;
  • experience in project/task administration, management, process automation;
  • open minded with desire to develop within new technologies (e.g. Gen AI), and to seek for effectiveness acceleration;
  • self-motivated and strong team player with professional ethics;
  • ability to work under time pressure;
  • experience with public sector and/or preparing proposals will be an asset;
  • project management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 will be an asset;

Your future role
  • working in international PMO team supporting public sector key account and contract management;
  • providing support to account managers in preparing proposal documents and reports;
  • structure, organize, and synthesize information;
  • verifying of documents against requirements and clients’ needs;
  • driving operational improvement as necessary to the business through process enhancements;
  • maintaining tasks/initiatives trackers (tasks, owners, deliverables, next steps);
  • tracking tasks delivery against the plan and deadlines;
  • gathering, analyzing and providing functional solutions
  • ensuring compliance to standards as per firm/team processes & practices
  • participating in team daily meetings;
  • get involved in stakeholder management;

Selection process

I stage - we will carefully read your resume
II stage - you will be asked to complete the analytical and language (English, German) online tests
III stage - you will be invited for interview with Hiring Manager (1h).
