Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
Join us if you have:

  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in payroll or related fields;
  • Very good proficiency in both English, Dutch or Italian is nice to have;
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, concepts, and statutory requirements, with a focus on accuracy and compliance;
  • Proven ability to handle payroll processing tasks, while ensuring attention to detail and adherence to regulations;
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations relevant to the assigned country;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel.  

Your future role

  • Process monthly payroll operations for the assigned country, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; 
  • Prepare and verify salary calculations, statutory deductions, and benefits; 
  • Assist in preparing and submitting mandatory reports and declarations to authorities; 
  • Provide payroll data and analysis to Finance and HR teams; 
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll and compensation; 
  • Monitor legislative updates and contribute to maintaining compliance; 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, HR, IT) to ensure smooth data flow and process efficiency; 
  • Participate in system or process improvement initiatives as needed.
