Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for

  • Proven IT product (SaaS, IaaS) and service management experience (5+ years);
  • Hands on mentality - Track record in delivering projects (waterfall and agile) or product increments (5+ years); 
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance and willing to take ownership;
  • Experience of designing and delivering high quality application architecture and standards;
  • Strong technical problem solving and analytical skills plus the ability to rapidly build knowledge in new areas;
  • Strong understanding of the “IT Service oriented” approach and culture;
  • Business - IT and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation; 
  • Ability to translate key complex technical issues into common business language and requirements; 
  • Understanding / experience in working with outsourced vendor in service management environment;
  • Agile Practitioner or alike; 
  • Project Management certification;
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
Your future role

  • Contact person for application covering (Daily, Contactify, Alleo and being responsible for the roadmap / lifecycle);
  • Business Change management experience, understanding the needs of your internal customers (not client facing);
  • Work and manage your products remotely , being the single point of contact for your business stakeholders;
  • Drive road map covering design, architecture, in collaboration with Line of Business, vendors and IT infrastructure team;
  • Service-subject matter expert delivering overall service lifecycle support (i.e. root cause analysis, complex problem management, etc.);
  • Issuing and maintaining audit proof product documentation; 
  • Own the release management process and facilitate the decision making;
  • Oversight of Total Costs of Ownership incl. License management, estimates time and material.
