Who we are looking for



As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation across multiple departments. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the ERP system is delivered on time, withing a scope, and aligned with business goals.


Who we are looking for

  • 5+ professional and practical experience in Project Management (PMP, APM, other)
  • and 5+ proven records of successful delivery in Agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, Less, other)
  • strong understanding of FMCG business processes and ERP systems
  • exceptional stakeholder and communication management skills
  • excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • familiar with Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management
  • self-motivated, self-organized individual with ability of building relationship within the team and driving initiatives
  • experience in building and managing virtual teams, ability to cooperate and work alongside with other software engineering capabilities in diverse environments
  • highly developed personal and professional ethics
  • ability to work under pressure with time constraints
  • proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken communication)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent education
  • availability for travel up to 3 days per month to visit project sites, collaborate with teams, and ensure seamless project execution


Your future role

  • leading the ERP implementation from initiation to go-live
  • developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple departments
  • identifying and managing project risks, issues, blockers, and changes
  • monitoring project performance and report progress on SteerCo meetings to ensure transparent communication and efficient cooperation
  • ensuring alignment with PMO methodologies and governance frameworks
  • being a part of a team engaged in leading large transformation and providing advisory services to help our clients improve their business
  • improving quality standards and procedures, looking for a new ways/approaches of projects delivery
  • building high performing self-organized teams, facilitating and coaching them on agile ways of working
  • supporting scoping and business analysis to identify project challenges and points of improvements
