Who we are looking for
Role Purpose:
The Recruitment Operations Analyst is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Central European regional talent acquisition team.

Who we are looking for:
  • 1 year of Experience in a similar role within customer relations, HR or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience with Application Tracking Systems ATS and HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Your future role
  • Provide administrative support to the HR recruitment process, covering arranging interviews, scheduling testing, providing feedback to candidates, etc.
  • Perform in cross country tasks in an international environment across CE.
  • Prepare various HR reports and statistics as requested,
  • Delivering a positive experience for both candidates, talent team and hiring managers through direct contacts, scheduling interview meetings and giving feedback to candidates
  • Works effectively with HR, hiring managers, and team members across Deloitte to update and maintain data accuracy in ATS.
  • Responds effectively to candidate questions
