Who we are looking for
About the Role

We are looking for a Regional HR Operations Lead to oversee and continuously improve HR Operations across Central Europe (16 geographies).

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end HR operational processes across multiple countries. Your main focus will be delivering consistent, efficient, and compliant HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, while driving process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement.

As a Regional HR Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transformation initiatives. This includes leading the harmonization of HR processes, transitioning activities into shared services or delivery center models, and implementing or optimizing HR technology solutions. You will act as a key integrator between local HR Operations teams, Shared Services, HRIS, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure seamless and scalable service delivery.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role designed for someone who thrives in a multi-country environment—someone who can drive standardization while balancing local legal requirements and operational realities.


Qualifications & Experience
  • Senior Experience: 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Service Delivery, or HR Transformation environments, ideally within complex, matrixed, international organizations.
  • HR Transformation & Service Delivery: Proven track record of delivering HR transformation programs, including transitioning activities into shared services or delivery center models.
  • Process Standardization: Demonstrated success in leading multi-country process standardization, design, and governance initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • HRIS & Technology: Practical experience supporting HRIS implementations—covering process design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization—with specific knowledge of SuccessFactors.

Your future role

HR Operations & Lifecycle Management
  • End-to-End Delivery: Oversee and continuously improve core HR operational processes across the entire employee lifecycle (including hiring/onboarding, data management, job changes, leave administration, and offboarding).
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all operational processes are executed accurately, consistently, and in full compliance with local regulations and internal policies by establishing clear process ownership.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor service delivery performance using KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and strict quality controls.

Process Standardization & Optimization
  • Regional Alignment: Drive the design and implementation of scalable, efficient, and regionally consistent processes across 16 geographies, balancing standardization with local legal requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, root causes, and automation opportunities to boost operational effectiveness and elevate the employee experience using process excellence methodologies.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain robust process maps, operating procedures, and control frameworks.

HR Transformation & Delivery Model Evolution
  • Service Model Transition: Lead and support transformation programs, focusing on migrating administrative and transactional activities into shared services, delivery centers, or ticketing-based operations.
  • Change & Stabilization: Partner with stakeholders to redesign HR operating models, managing process migration, stabilization, and post-implementation optimization.

HR Technology & Data Governance
  • HRIS Integration: Partner with HRIS and Technology teams on system implementations (SuccessFactors), upgrades, and process integration initiatives to ensure they support operational needs.
  • Data & Analytics: Drive high data quality and system governance, leveraging operational data and analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the primary integrator between local HR Operations, HRBPs, Shared Services, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
  • Change Advocacy: Align regional and local stakeholders on process standards, driving the adoption of standardized ways of working through effective communication and change management.
