Who we are looking for
🟢 We are looking for an experienced SAP Bid Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our growth across Central Europe through successful SAP ERP implementations and digital transformation programs.

In this role, you will act as the operational lead of the bid process, partnering closely with Sales, SAP Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to shape compelling, value-driven proposals. You will take ownership of end-to-end offer preparation, combining commercial acumen, SAP expertise, and strong stakeholder management to deliver high-quality, competitive bids for complex enterprise engagements.

This is a highly visible role in an international, matrix environment, offering the opportunity to influence strategic deals and contribute directly to long-term client success.


💼 What you bring:
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise bid management, presales, or commercial roles within consulting, system integration, or IT services
  • Hands-on experience working with SAP ERP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) or comparable enterprise platforms
  • Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles, delivery models, and commercial drivers
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder bid processes in an international environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • Excellent command of English is a must

Nice to Have
  • Background in consulting or system integration environments
  • Experience working across Central or Eastern Europe
  • Certifications in bid management, IT project management, SAP project management, or SAP sales
  • German language skills are an advantage
Your future role
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle for SAP ERP implementation and transformation projects, from opportunity assessment to final submission
  • Drive and coordinate cross-functional bid teams, ensuring alignment across sales, presales, solution architecture, and delivery
  • Shape winning strategies by developing commercial models, pricing structures, risk assessments, assumptions, and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate closely with SAP solution architects to translate client needs into feasible, high-quality solution proposals
  • Manage internal governance and approval processes, ensuring adherence to Deloitte standards and timelines
  • Support presales activities, including service offering design, prestudies, and proposal framework optimization
  • Ensure a smooth and structured handover from sales to delivery, setting engagements up for successful execution
