Who we are looking for

🎯We are looking for a Junior SAP FICO Consultant to join our growing SAP team in Budapest. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience who wants to deepen their functional expertise, work on international projects, and grow within a structured consulting environment.

You will be involved in SAP implementation and support activities, working closely with senior consultants and business stakeholders, and gradually taking ownership of specific Finance processes.

💼 What you bring:

1–2 years of experience working with SAP FICO in a consulting or in-house environment
Completed university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Basic hands-on exposure to SAP FI modules (CO is a plus, not a must)
Understanding of finance and accounting processes
Experience or exposure to SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
Good analytical skills and willingness to learn
Fluent English (working language)
Ability to work in a hybrid / international team environment
Must be a hungarian native speaker and based in Budapest as the role is in a hybrid setting

Your future role

Support SAP FICO implementation and rollout projects (S/4HANA or ECC)
Participate in requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing activities
Assist with FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and basic CO processes
Support UAT, data migration, and go-live activities
Collaborate with functional and technical teams across locations
Provide post-go-live support and help resolve incidents and change requests
Document processes and solutions according to project standards

Selection process

1. HR phone interview

An initial conversation with Talent Acquisition team to discuss your motivation, career expectations, communication skills in English, and overall cultural fit.

2. Technical interview

A technical interview with colleagues from the SAP team, focusing on your SAP FICO knowledge, practical experience, and understanding of finance processes.

This interview can take place online or on-site in Budapest.

3. Final decision

Following the interviews, we will make a final decision and inform you about the outcome and next steps.
