Who we are looking for

Our Prague-based SAP consulting team is seeking a skilled SAP FI/CO Project Lead.

Do you enjoy solving complex challenges, designing innovative SAP solutions, and working on projects that truly change the way large companies operate?

If yes, we are looking for an SAP FI/CO Project Manager who will be responsible for the complete delivery of SAP FI implementations and S/4HANA migrations for major local and international clients and, in collaboration with talented colleagues, will act as a trusted advisor throughout the projects 🚀🟢.

🟢 What do we expect from you?

Bringing passion and professionalism to the role is key. Here's what you’ll need to thrive:

4+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations (consulting experience preferred)
Strong experience configuring SAP FI/CO and deep understanding of R2R, O2C, P2P processes
Knowledge of European finance regulations (FX, taxation, statutory/localization – CZ/EU preferred)
Clear and confident communication - you can clearly explain risks, manage stakeholders effectively, and present solutions to clients
Client-facing mindset—you thrive in building trusting relationships with clients and navigating their unique needs
Experience contributing to proposals (scope, solution design, estimates) — without sales responsibility
Proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English is a must.

📍 Residency in Czechia and a valid work permit are required.

🟢 What can you expect?

You don’t need to manage people, but you will lead and own delivery across the whole project. As an SAP FI/CO Project Lead you will:

Work on large-scale projects for major local and international companies across various industries
Join a strong international SAP community across Central Europe and lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank/Cash) and Controlling (CO-CCA/IO, CO-PA) implementations, including taxes and localizations
Act as a trusted advisor to the client: gather requirements, propose better solution design, prepare functional specs, and review build deliverables
Manage testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT) and ensure smooth deployment and stabilization
Support complex programs by performing process diagnostics, validating requirements, and shaping target-state designs
Lead Finance data migration activities: mapping, cleansing rules, trial loads
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Finance on cross-functional programs
Advise clietns on internal controls, audit readiness, and month-end close from an SAP prespective.
