🎯 Are you a SAP Retail expert who combines deep functional knowledge with hands-on customizing expertise?

Deloitte’s SAP team is expanding across Central Europe, supporting leading retailers in modernizing their core business processes through SAP Retail and Fashion solutions.


In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, driving master data excellence, shaping business processes, and delivering scalable SAP Retail solutions that enable efficient and data-driven retail operations.


You won't just be maintaining master data—you'll be helping clients transform the way they manage and govern their most critical retail data assets. 🚀



💼 What you bring

  • Proven track record delivering SAP Retail transformation, implementation, and rollout projects, with deep expertise in Retail Master Data Management 💡
  • Deep functional and customizing expertise in SAP Retail, including:
    • Article Master and Article Hierarchies
    • Merchandise Categories
    • Assortment Management and Listing Procedures
    • Site Master Data
    • Business Partner Master Data
    • Purchasing Data
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes across merchandising, procurement, inventory management, supply chain, and store operations 🧠
  • Experience working in global and multi-country retail environments 🌍
  • Strong understanding of integration points with SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP CAR
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills
  • Fluency in English and Polish (you are based in Poland) 🗣️
  • Openness for business travels (within Poland or abroad) ✈️


Your future role
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Retail Master Data solutions for local and global clients ✒️
  • Act as the subject matter expert for SAP Retail Master Data, providing functional leadership and solution guidance across projects
  • Drive solution design and customizing for Article Master, Merchandise Categories, Assortment Management, Listing Procedures, Site Master, Business Partners, and Purchasing Data in alignment with industry best practices
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable SAP solution designs ?
  • Define and optimize retail master data governance models, quality standards, and operating procedures in alignment with industry best practices 📊
  • Support end-to-end business processes across merchandising, procurement, supply chain, logistics, and store operations
  • Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, data migration, and reporting requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, guide solution design discussions, and influence key stakeholders with your expertise 👥
  • Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live activities to ensure successful project delivery
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide expertise to project teams and business users
