Who we are looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Product Owner to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our SAP product(s) across their full lifecycle. 🌀 As a key member of our product organization, the SAP Product Owner will: ? Define the product vision,📋 Manage the product and release backlog, ? Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product delivery. This role acts as the bridge 🌉 between stakeholders, development teams, and line management to drive value and enhance customer satisfaction through world-class SAP solutions. 💼🚀

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Computer Science,Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field 📚

✅ 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in an SAP environment

✅ Deep understanding of SAP ecosystems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BW

✅ Strong grasp of Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe 🛡️

✅ Proven experience in backlog and release management 📆

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills 💬

✅ Ability to balance technical detail with strategic thinking ?⚖️

✅ Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills

✅ Bonus: Product Management certifications such as:CSPO, SAFe PO/PM 🛠️

✅ Responsible for the fulfillment of Corporate Requirements 📋

⚙️ Manages quality, cost, and delivery of a product across its entire life cycle, including multiple releases 📈

👥 Leads the product team and ensures alignment with strategic goals 🎯

Defines the internal product vision and roadmap 🗺️

Collaborates with stakeholders at the product level (e.g., customers, user groups, service & support) 💼

📦 Defines product/release backlog, including ongoing maintenance until potential handover to DBS 🔄

✅ Owns backlog management – prioritizing, refining, and ensuring alignment with business value 📋

Requests staffing of subordinate product or scrum teams from line management

🔗 Coordinates dependencies with other product teams for seamless delivery 🔄

🔍 Continuously identifies improvement potential within the product, team, and processes 📊
