Who we are looking for

🎯We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales Manager to drive our growth in SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions on the Hungarian market.

🟢This role requires continuous interaction with clients and sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, cloud transformation, and SAP advisory, working closely with our SAP solution architects, and delivery teams to help clients modernize their ERP landscapes.

🟢You will own the end-to-end sales cycle - from searching for leads, converting opportunities and shaping value propositions, to closing deals and supporting successful handover to delivery. 


💼 What you bring:
  • 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5–7 years in enterprise B2B solution sales, preferably within ERP, cloud platforms, or digital transformation services
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, opportunity shaping, commercial negotiation, and deal closure
  • Demonstrated experience selling complex, high-value solutions (ERP, core business systems, or large-scale cloud transformations) with medium to long sales cycles
  • Strong ability to engage C-level and senior business stakeholders (CFO, CIO, COO), translating business challenges into technology-driven value propositions
  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public) positioning, cloud ERP transformation drivers, and associated business benefits
  • Experience working closely with solution architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams in a consulting or system integration environment
  • Comfortable operating in an international, matrix organization, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be a Hungarian citizen and currently based in Budapest
Nice to have:
  • Existing network in the Hungarian (and CEE) enterprise market
  • Background in consulting or system integration environments
  • SAP sales or solution-related certifications 

Your future role
  • Drive sales of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public) solutions to new and existing clients
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of cloud ERP opportunities
  • Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders (CFO, CIO, COO) to understand business challenges and position SAP Cloud (Public) as a strategic solution
  • Lead commercial negotiations, proposal creation, and contract closing
  • Collaborate closely with our SAP solution architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design compelling offerings
  • Maintain strong relationships with local SAP account teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs related to cloud ERP and digital transformation
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery, supporting long-term client success
