Who we are looking for

🎯Join Deloitte and become part of a high-performing SAP practice delivering large-scale transformation programs across Central Europe and beyond. We are looking for an experienced SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant who is passionate about helping organizations optimize their financial and controlling processes through innovative SAP solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with international clients, senior stakeholders, and multidisciplinary SAP teams to deliver impactful finance transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA implementations, business process optimization, and digital innovation projects.

💼What you bring:

You have 4–6 years of hands-on SAP CO consulting experience
Strong expertise in SAP CO configuration and business process design
Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation project
Practical exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred
Knowledge of integration points with FI; MM; SD; PP
Ability to communicate confidently with senior business stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting mindset
Willingness to work in an international and dynamic project environment
Native-level Hungarian language skills are mandatory
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required
Based in Budapest

Nice to have:

SAP certification in CO, Finance, or S/4HANA
Experience in regional or global template rollouts

Your future role

Lead and support end-to-end SAP CO implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects
Analyze client business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
Design, configure, and optimize SAP CO processes including:

- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (COPA)
- Cost Object Controlling

Participate in S/4HANA transformation projects and finance process redesign
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and provide trusted advisory support
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams
Support testing activities, user training, go-live, and hypercare phases
Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, and innovation initiatives
