Who we are looking for

🟢Join Deloitte's growing SAP practice and play a key role in helping leading organizations transform their procurement and supply chain operations through SAP solutions.

We are looking for a Senior SAP Procurement Consultant (SAP MM) with at least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting and strong expertise in procurement, purchasing, and inventory management processes. You will work on complex SAP transformation programs, collaborate with international teams across Central Europe, and help clients unlock the value of SAP S/4HANA.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining functional expertise, client advisory, and hands-on project delivery while working in a flexible and collaborative environment.

What you'll bring:

5+ years of experience working with SAP MM in consulting or large-scale enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain processes
Experience delivering SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation projects
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA procurement processes is considered a strong advantage
Understanding of integrations with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, WM/EWM, FI, and CO
Ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into effective SAP solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English and native Romanian are a must!

Your future role

As a SAP Senior Procurement Consultant, you will play a key role in helping organizations transform and optimize their procurement and supply chain operations through SAP solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading SAP MM workstreams in implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation projects
Analyzing business requirements and designing end-to-end procurement solutions in SAP
Conducting workshops with business stakeholders and translating requirements into functional specifications
Configuring and customizing SAP MM functionalities, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices
Supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and procurement process optimization projects
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Technology experts
Managing system testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution
Supporting data migration, cutover, and go-live activities
Providing expert guidance to clients and acting as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
