Your future role
As a Salesforce Administrator within our Support Team, you will play a crucial role in managing user accounts, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing the overall efficiency of Salesforce operations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve complex challenges, while documenting and automating common requests to streamline support processes.
- User Management: Effectively manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient system usage.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce functionality, collaborating with Tier 2 teams for severe problems.
- Ticket Handling: Utilize support portal to manage and track end-user inquiries and issues, providing regular updates and solutions via tickets or calls.
- Collaboration: Communicate with Business Stakeholders to discuss new ideas from end-users and facilitate their implementation.
- Documentation: Document resolutions, processes, and enhancements to improve support efficiency.
- Automation: Develop solutions to automate common support tasks, increasing the overall effectiveness of the support stream.
