Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

As a Salesforce Technical Delivery Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring the high-quality, technically sound delivery of our internal Salesforce CRM platform. You act as the technical counterpart to both business stakeholders and development teams, bridging functional requirements and technical implementation across an international setup.

You will work within the CRM Competence Centre, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of our Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions – from requirement clarification through delivery, testing and release – while closely coordinating with internal experts and offshore development teams.

Your future role

Technical & Professional Background

  • Solid experience in Salesforce delivery, ideally with hands-on exposure to Sales Cloud and custom development (Apex, integrations, testing concepts).
  • Strong foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming, enabling you to understand, challenge and evolve technical solutions.
  • Experience working with distributed development teams, ensuring quality outcomes through clear technical communication.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery environments and tools such as Azure DevOps or similar.

Languages

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • German language skills are a strong advantage, especially for interaction with business stakeholders.
