Who we are looking for

🔎We are looking for an AI Transformation Senior Consultant, who will operate at the intersection of business and cutting-edge technology.

➡️Your role is not just to discuss the theory of Artificial Intelligence, but to help leading local and global companies realistically transform how they operate. You will design strategies for implementing Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML), and automation, lead client workshops, and manage the delivery of innovative projects from initial concept to deployment.

🎯Our goal is to help clients safely and effectively adopt AI to deliver measurable value, boost productivity, and unlock new business models.

💼What you bring:

4-6 years of experience in management/technology consulting, project management, or within an internal innovation/technology team.
AI & Tech Literacy: A deep understanding of current AI capabilities (LLMs, GenAI, RAG architectures, Machine Learning, NLP, and cognitive services on Azure, AWS, or GCP). You do not need to write code, but you must understand how these technologies work under the hood and what their limitations are.
Ability to structure complex problems, work with data, and translate insights into clear recommendations for client executives.
Ability to explain complex technological concepts in a simple, understandable way to both developers and C-level executives.
Professional fluency in English and native Czech/Slovak (for daily communication and deliverable creation in both languages) are mandatory
Based in Prague

Nice to Have

Certifications in agile management (Scrum Master, Product Owner) or cloud technologies (Azure AI Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, etc.).
Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau) or basic programming (Python).

Your future role

Analyze existing client processes, identify opportunities for AI deployment (use cases), and build business cases, including ROI calculations.
Lead smaller project teams (consisting of analysts and consultants) or manage specific workstreams on large-scale transformation projects.
Collaborate with technical architects and developers to design solutions. Define guidelines for the ethical and secure use of AI (AI Governance & Responsible AI).
Guide clients through adoption by preparing training programs, managing change communication, and overcoming barriers to integrating AI into daily workflows.
Business Development (Presales): Actively participate in proposal creation (RFPs), prepare presentations for potential clients, and monitor the latest market trends in AI.
