Who we are looking for

📊 Senior Power BI & Data Analytics Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Senior Power BI & Data Analytics Consultant who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills to help international clients unlock the full potential of their data.

🎯 What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Consulting
Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience working with large datasets
Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, semantic modeling, and dashboard performance optimization
Solid understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and BI architecture
Experience translating business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and data storytelling skills
Experience defining KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance standards
Very good written and spoken English

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience with Tableau, Looker, or other BI platforms
Knowledge of Python or R for analytics and automation
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar modern data platforms
Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data engineering concepts

Your future role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering impactful analytics solutions and guiding clients on their data transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power BI and analytics solutions.

✅ Build executive dashboards, strategic reports, and KPI frameworks.

✅ Transform complex business challenges into actionable insights.

✅ Define reporting standards, governance practices, and performance metrics.

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to support data-driven decision-making.

✅ Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide data-backed recommendations.

✅ Support data modeling initiatives and work closely with data engineering teams.

✅ Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

✅ Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the analytics practice.

✅ Help organizations establish scalable and sustainable reporting and analytics capabilities.
