Who we are looking for

If you’re an outside-the-box thinker who enjoys exploring strategy, operations, and process improvement help shape the future of our clients’ organizations, this role at Deloitte is the right challenge for you.

University degree in Energy Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Law or similar with relevant specialization
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in energy sector (or similar), consulting background is big advantage
Proficiency in English and in Slovak/Czech
Strong knowledge of various Windows based office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)
Knowledge of European and Slovak/Czech energy legislation
Outstanding problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills
Strong client management skills and proactive personality
Able to manage high workload and stress

Your future role

Deeply understand client engagements as they relate to their business within the energy & resources, oil & gas, and power industries.
Constructively work within and actively lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
Assist in determining client needs by gathering and meticulously researching data, then summarizing analytical findings in a coherent and actionable manner.
Contribute significantly to the creation of high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and project requirements.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of Consulting service offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
Actively contribute to engagement planning and ensure that all project products and deliverables consistently meet contract and work plan specifications.
