We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Sustainability team, who:

Have a degree in sustainability, climate change, or environmental studies, with a strong foundation in the key topics
Speak Hungarian and English fluently, enabling confident client communication
Bring 3–5+ years of experience in sustainability / climate / environmental work, with solid EU Taxonomy knowledge
Enjoy owning topics end-to-end and seeing how your work translates into visible client outcomes
Have strong communication & presentation skills, and can clearly represent your ideas
Are confident with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and bring a professional, proactive mindset

Your future role

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

Take an active role in sustainability and ESG projects, contributing to climate-focused initiatives across industries
Work on a diverse set of engagements, including green & social bonds, sustainable finance, circular economy, waste management, environmental impact assessments, and GHG-related analyses, as well as market entry and regulatory studies
Drive project streams with a high level of ownership, delivering quality outputs with limited supervision
Ensure high-quality deliverables, contributing to outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations
Understand client needs and contribute to business development, supporting solutions with a forward-looking, practical mindset
Build strong client relationships through insight-driven interactions and day-to-day collaboration

Selection process

1) Once your application has been submitted, our Recruitment team will review your profile. If your background and experience align with the requirements of the role, your application will be shared with the Hiring Manager for further consideration.

2) The selection process typically begins with an initial screening stage, which may include an online assessment, a brief phone conversation, or an HR interview, depending on the position. This stage helps us better understand your professional experience, motivation, and career aspirations.

3) Successful candidates will then be invited to participate in one or two rounds of professional interviews. These interviews are typically 45-60 minutes long and may be conducted either online or in person. The discussions are generally focused on professional and technical competencies and, depending on the role, may include a practical exercise, case study, or presentation on a predefined topic. If any preparation or take-home assignment is required, all relevant information and expectations will be shared in advance.

4) If all stages of the selection process are completed successfully, we will move forward with the offer stage and discuss the next steps with the selected candidate.
