Who we are looking for
You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders, influencing strategic decisions, and creating people solutions that drive business success.

We are looking for a Senior HRBP who has:

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a complex, matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and modern HR practices.
  • The ability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies and initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and acting as a trusted advisor on talent and organizational matters.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and turn insights into action.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to navigating complex people challenges.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Your future role
Your future role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities as a Senior HR Business Partner operating within a model that integrates Centers of Expertise, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners. Key tasks will include:
  • Developing and managing the HR strategy for the supported business area, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Acting as a trusted HR consultant to leadership, understanding business needs, proactively searching for solutions, proposing development initiatives, and overseeing their implementation
  • Preparing decision-making materials and forecasts regarding HR process variables and their impacts, and communicating these effectively to stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and supporting the personal development of the HR generalist for the business area, while acting as a liaison between the business area and professional HR functions such as recruitment, training, and development.
  • Providing comprehensive HR support, with a particular focus on talent management, performance management, and training and development activities.
  • Actively participating in the creation and implementation of HR strategy and related project work.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also:
  • Collaborate closely with Centers of Expertise (CoEs) to leverage deep subject matter expertise in areas like compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations.
  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, driving efficiency and consistency across the business area.
  • Lead and contribute to organizational development initiatives, including change management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Update of People changes in Anaplan Forecast and Anaplan DeepPlan for all CES geos, collaboration with T&L Financial Controller
  • Training budget ownership
  • Close collaboration with local HR BPs for Croatia and Bulgaria (coordination, guidance) as well as HRBP role for Slovenia, BIH, Albania, Kosova and Serbia Tax & BPS teams
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all HR practices and processes.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement within the business area
