• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR Business Partner’s/ HR Generalist’s role in international companies
• Ability to interact and negotiate with all levels of management and staff to resolve issues efficiently
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, dealing with rapid change and ability to work independently in an international environment
• Ability to proactively offer solutions to business needs
• Excellent analytical and English language skills
• Very good knowledge on MS Office, especially Excel
• Practical knowledge of labor law
• Excellent communication and networking skills

• Cooperate with international internal and external stakeholders on HR related inquiries or requests and provide support to Deloitte professionals and business leaders
• Identify top talents and facilitate their growth within the company on a cross-border level
• Coordinate and execute performance reviews management
• Participation in daily operations in HR department
• Onboarding and offboarding/exit interviews·       
• Planning and keeping track of various budgets
