Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience, ideally in a recruitment agency, specializing in the IT sector. You should have a strong understanding of the candidate market and be proficient in direct sourcing to attract top talent across these industries. The role requires problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong direct sourcing and market knowledge in professional services and IT sectors, with insights into emerging technologies and IT roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and achieving recruitment goals in diverse sectors.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Familiarity with IT recruitment tools, platforms, and methodologies is preferred.
Your future role
  • Direct Sourcing & Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize your market knowledge to identify and engage top talent by leveraging industry contacts and consulting insights specific to IT roles. Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract skilled professionals in emerging tech areas.
  • Screening & Interviews:
Assess candidates' technical and cultural fit for roles using advanced IT and consulting frameworks. Implement competency-based evaluations to ensure a thorough understanding of candidates' abilities in specific IT domains.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle:
Manage recruitment from initial contact to offer negotiation and hiring, ensuring alignment with IT consulting standards. Coordinate with IT specialists to refine job descriptions and guide candidates effectively through the hiring journey.
  • Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers in Poland to align recruitment efforts with IT consulting strategies. Facilitate interdisciplinary meetings to harmonize recruitment objectives with project-specific needs.
  • Problem-Solving:
Address challenges and develop effective IT-oriented solutions throughout the recruitment process. Apply consulting methodologies to foresee recruitment obstacles and employ data-driven strategies to overcome them.
  • Process Improvement:
Contribute to the development of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices with an emphasis on IT consulting innovations. Work on integrating technological tools that enhance the recruitment process efficiency.
  • Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, diversity) and report progress, emphasizing IT recruitment analytics. Provide consulting insights to optimize recruitment strategies informed by market trends and data interpretations.

Selection process

Recruitment Journey:

Stage 1 – Send your CV in word or pdf fomat in English/Polish.
Stage 2 - Complete an online tests (~45 min)
Stage 3 - Join an HR interview (online, 20 minutes)
Stage 4 - Attend to a meeting with your Future Leader (online, 45 minutes)
Stage 5 - Attend to CE Talent Acquisition Senior Manager interview (onsite or online, 30 minutes)
Stage 5 - Welcome on board!
