Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Law school graduate and Bar membership;
3-7 years of professional experience in a top business law firm, with relevant involvement in corporate M&A transactions (transaction structuring, negotiation, joint ventures, restructurings) due diligence and related advisory on corporate law matters;
In-depth knowledge of civil and commercial law, contract law and corporate governance rules.
Sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, versatility, ability to work on multiple projects, legal writing skills;
Fluency in written & spoken English is a must, any other foreign language is an advantage.

Your future role

Provides comprehensive commercial consultancy, transaction and advisory services to deliver fully integrated expert solutions on a national and global basis.
Is involved in all stages of a project, from initial discussions with prospect, proposal development, analysis, structuring, drafting, negotiations and implementation;
Works in a dynamic and competitive environment, which preserves a collegial culture;
Has access to the rich local and global research and training resources of our network.
