Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong leadership capabilities to guide and mentor our development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in web application development using .NET / .NET Core, along with experience in leading teams and managing both development and support for full-stack applications deployed into cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of Kubernetes and cloud development, as well as proficiency in SQL and .NET technologies. Strong attention to detail, a passion for high-quality coding, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications:

Higher education in IT or a related field;
3+ years of experience working with .NET technologies;
Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring a team of developers;
Demonstrated ability to independently design application architecture;
Excellent proficiency in English;
Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud development;
Expertise in designing systems optimized for cloud platforms (Azure), including understanding serverless architectures, container orchestration (Kubernetes), cloud storage, and cloud-native databases;
Knowledge of DevOps principles and how they apply to software architecture, ensuring smooth collaboration between development and operations teams;
Proficient in C# (.NET Core and older versions), MS SQL, ASP.NET / .NET Core, Git, and related technologies.

Your future role

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment;
Participate in recruitment activities and help form a strong, effective development team;
Oversee the development of new web applications and enhance existing ones using C#, MS SQL, ASP.NET / .NET Core, and relevant technologies;
Manage the full product development cycle, from design to development, testing, and deployment;
Directly communicate with internal clients and end users to gather requirements;
Utilize tools like Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Figma to streamline development processes;
Work with frameworks including .NET (Core / Framework / .NET 5), Entity Framework, EF Core, and Hangfire;
Ensure high-quality code produced by junior developers and provide mentorship for their professional growth;
Actively participate in code versioning, backlog management, and CI/CD processes;
Building and managing Azure pipelines.
