Who we are looking for
🎯We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join our international SAP team and play a key role in delivering business-critical SAP finance solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders from finance and controlling departments to understand business requirements, design scalable SAP FICO solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other modules. 
This is an excellent opportunity to drive digital transformation and optimization across core financial processes. 🚀


✅ Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • Expertise in core FI/CO processes and configuration.
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, closing cycles, and reporting.
  • Experience with S/4HANA (preferred) or strong ECC background.
  • Confident in managing stakeholders and communicating clearly.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written C1 level) is a must
  • Must be polish citizen
Your future role
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions across multiple projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO): GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Product Costing, etc.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specs and work with ABAP developers or integration teams as needed.
  • Conduct workshops with key users to gather and validate requirements.
  • Participate in SAP rollouts, enhancements, and system optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS) for process and data integration.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, testing (UT/SIT/UAT), training, cutover, and support.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support, analyze root causes, and deliver sustainable fixes.
  • Keep up with SAP innovations (S/4HANA, Fiori) and recommend improvements.
