Who we are looking for

🚀 As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform 💻 that support business processes and IT service management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the platform meets our organization's needs.

🎓 Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

💼 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform as a developer.

🌐 Extensive experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

🔌 Experience building integrations using available connectors and custom solutions.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, including client scripts, business rules, and workflows.

🏅 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one CAD and/or CIS certification required.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

🗣 Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.

Your future role

🔧 Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.

🎨 Customize ServiceNow applications, including UI actions, policies, and scripts.

📊 Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.

🏗 Design and implement solutions that optimize business processes and comply with best practices.

⚡ Develop automation using ServiceNow workflow capabilities and update sets.

🛡 Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.

👩‍🏫 Mentor junior developers on the team.
