Operating within the Tax & Legal Delivery Centre, the Global Trade Operate team specialises in customs brokerage services. As an integral part of our Global Trade team, our Operate services were established in 2019, working alongside our Global Trade Advisory team, now comprising over 70 professionals.

Operations extended to Romania in 2024, and with an existing team of 16 analysts the team is poised for ongoing development and growth as our client base continues to expand.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Global Trade Team Leader with ambition to manage and develop a team of customs compliance analysts.

Ideal profile is outlined below:

• Knowledge and experience in customs compliance and Global Trade.

• Effective assignment of tasks and responsibilities, empowering team members.

• Fostering a collaborative, supportive, and positive team environment.

• Strong ability to plan workflows, organise resources, and manage priorities to meet deadlines.

• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements in team processes and workflows.

• Ensuring outputs meet required standards and compliance regulations.

• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.

• Good time-management skills.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills in English.
