We are growing our Technology Strategy & Transformation team and looking for a Senior Technology Strategy Consultant who is ready to help clients turn complex IT challenges into strategic opportunities!

Technology & Strategy Expertise

Solid understanding of IT architectures, platforms, and software development principles, with the ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
3–6 years of experience in IT consulting or complex IT environments, with exposure to strategy, transformation, or architecture topics.
Awareness of emerging technology trends (cloud, digital transformation, data & AI) and the agility to work in fast-changing environments.

Delivery & Ownership

Proven ability to independently manage workstreams — building work plans, coordinating activities, and ensuring delivery quality and timelines.
Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving: able to break down complex business and technology challenges and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
Track record of producing high-quality deliverables — business cases, transformation roadmaps, architecture concepts, and executive presentations.

Client & Team Impact

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including experience communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Experience or genuine interest in mentoring junior team members — giving feedback and supporting their development.
A collaborative mindset and comfort working across cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.

Language Skills

Fluent in both English and Hungarian, spoken and written, to work effectively with local and international stakeholders

Take ownership of defined project workstreams: plan activities, coordinate team efforts, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Support engagement planning — defining scope, managing timelines, and coordinating across multiple workstreams.

Shape Client Strategy

Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, facilitate discussions, and translate requirements into actionable technology strategies.
Support the design of business-aligned IT strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
Produce structured, executive-ready deliverables — reports, presentations, architecture concepts, and business cases.

Grow the Team and the Business

Mentor consultants and analysts, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to business development — proposal writing, client discussions, and shaping new service offerings.
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously exploring emerging technologies and their relevance to client transformation initiatives.
