Who we are looking for

2-5 years of experience after university in financing and/or capital markets matters (law firm or in-house).
Strong legal reasoning, precision, and professional maturity.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
Proactive mindset and a genuine interest in financing and capital markets.

Your future role

Drafting and reviewing finance documents.
Management and coordination of transactions (incl. legal due diligence).
Advising on capital market matters; drafting legal documentation; transaction/project structuring.
