🔍 Who we're looking for

We're looking for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in ERP consulting and HR Technology.

Bachelor's degree (or final year of studies) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Strong English communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Interest in Workday, ERP systems, and consulting
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and willingness to learn

If you have up to 2 years of experience, it's an advantage if you've worked with:

Customer service, ticketing, or support environments
Project coordination or project management support
Business analysis or requirements gathering
ERP systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
AMS, IT support, or system implementation projects

Your future role

🚀 During the Workday Bootcamp, you’ll get a hands-on introduction to enterprise systems and consulting by working on real ERP and business support scenarios. You’ll analyze challenges, troubleshoot system issues, collaborate with your team, and present solutions while gaining exposure to Workday and how global organizations use enterprise platforms.

If you join Deloitte as a Junior Workday Functional Consultant, you will:

🌍 Become part of Deloitte Central Europe’s high-performing Workday team, delivering international implementation, optimization, and support projects for global clients.
Act as a point of contact for Workday users, analyzing and resolving system issues, data inconsistencies, and configuration-related requests through ticket-based support processes.
Assist with Workday configuration, testing, system improvements, and the deployment of functional solutions to support business needs.
Gather and document business requirements, support process mapping, and help translate business needs into effective Workday solutions.
Work closely with senior consultants, clients, and cross-functional teams in an international environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
Support workshops, client meetings, solution demonstrations, and discussions around project progress, recommendations, and best practices.
Continuously develop your Workday knowledge, analytical skills, and consulting capabilities within one of the world’s leading professional services organizations.
