Who we are looking for

Requirements:

  • Experience in client facing consulting engagements with ServiceNow technology at its center;
  • Deep knowledge of one of the ServiceNow modules: CMDB (with CSDM framework) ITAM, ITSM;
  • Experience in IT Service Mgmt. environments either from consulting/transition or delivery organization (primarily Configuration Management and/or IT Asset Management);
  • Understanding of Agile SDLC methodology;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills;
  • Analytical skills and thoroughness;
  • English advanced level, both written and spoken;
  • Ideally formal education and certification in ServiceNow modules and associated business processes (ITIL, Prince2, PMP);
  • Good communication and documentation skills;
  • Travel mobility (in Poland as well as abroad).

Your future role


ServiceNow IT Service Management Consultant assists the lead or works independently designing, developing and implementing IT processes, conducting research and performing analysis required to build respective modules within ServiceNow Platform, captures business requirements in a form of agile stories, as well as testing configured functionalities end to end as soon as these have been developed.

You will work on the projects with global and regional leaders transforming their IT organizations and the way they conduct their Service Mgmt. processes.

  • Participate in design, test and transition Service Management and Service Integration and Management solutions within the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Perform thorough data analysis, while engaged in migration projects, in order to provide requirements for developers enabling configuration and customization.
  • Design and execute E2E trainings and UAT.
  • Assist in gathering core configuration requirements, translate these into design model and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers.
  • Capture customers’ and service providers’ requirements into stories, solution the approach and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers.
