Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for

4-6 years of experience of professional experience in finance and accounting, finance process transformation, finance centralization or a related field.Strongly preferred specialization in Finance Process Transformation

(strong knowledge of at least one end-to-end finance processes -Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash - proven experience in process assessment, design, and transformation, ability to lead workshops with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into process solutions.Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting based on Polish and international IFRS regulations.Curiosity and motivation to learn new topics quickly and work across a variety of projects.Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and problem-solving attitude.Good communication and presentation skills; ability to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Experience working in a multinational environment. Mobility in Poland. Some international travel might be required. Fluency in Polish and English.

Your future role
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a part of multiskilled team and support managers and team members across several advisory domains, including Finance Centralization Advisory and Complex Accounting. 

You will:
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables such as accounting memos, technical position papers, and process documentation.
  • Assist clients in applying Polish and international IFRS regulations to complex accounting issues.
  • Participate in the implementation of new IFRS standards by preparing analyses, accounting assessments, and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in workshops, trainings, and meetings with clients to understand their needs and present project outcomes.
  • Take ownership of selected project deliverables.
  • Contribute to project planning, status tracking, and overall project management activities.
  • Gain exposure to a wide variety of industries, topics, and methodologies, building a broad skillset for future career growth.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, knowledge sharing, and internal initiatives.
