Who we are looking for

🎯We are looking for an Amazon Connect Developer to join international projects delivering cloud-based contact center solutions enhanced with AI.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, routing profiles, integrations, and automation.

You will work closely with international teams, developers, and architects, gaining exposure to AWS services, AI technologies, and DevOps practices.

💼 What you bring:

2–3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and/or AWS ecosystem
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field
Proficiency in Python or Node.js development
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, integration patterns, and scalable solutions
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
Strong problem-solving skills and English communication skills are a must!
Experience working in international or cross-functional teams is a plus

Your future role

Build and configure contact flows, queues, and routing profiles in Amazon Connect
Develop custom logic using Python, Node.js, or low-code automation tools
Integrate Amazon Connect solutions with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) and AI technologies
Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform
Apply DevOps practices for deployment, environment management, and version control
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and international stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
