Who we are looking for

We believe you have 2-3 years of working experience in business analysis, system development, testing or similar field. You see technology as an enabler with infinite potential and can communicate this vision effectively, even to those who may not share your perspective.

Your role within our Product team will be as a Platform Specialist with focus on the continuous development of Intela, Deloitte Tax & Legals global digital collaboration platform. Our team supports local business teams with raising awareness about new functionality in Intela, contribute to the Intela product roadmap and test new releases of the platform.

We are looking for you, who work in a structured manner and has an attention to detail. At the same time, you understand the importance of being flexible with the primary focus on delivering in a timely manner despite short deadlines. You love learning new things and you are happy to share your knowledge with others.

  • Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field.
  • You have minimum 2-3-year experience from working within business analysis, system development, software testing or equivalent.
  • Some experience in writing requirements.
  • Some experience in acceptance testing or equivalent.
  • Some knowledge in system development life cycle and agile frameworks.
  • Fluent business English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly skilled within the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.


Your future role

You will be part of the NSE Intela Center of Excellence with a very important mission, on a fixed term contract of 12 months: to ensure an optimized implementation and adoption of Intela within the Deloitte North South Europe region. Intela is used to communicate with our clients and allows us to create and track various workflows in a standardized and transparent manner. We are only in the beginning of this never-ending transformation journey, and we would love to have you onboard to add to our success.

Your primary focus will be to become an expert on Intela and how the platform can be used in an optimized way to drive business value. That includes understanding how Tax & Legal operates, how Intela works, how it should be (or should not be) used and how it is configured. You will be expected to support with writing and monitoring of requirements and demoing new functionality. As new releases of Intela come out, you will support with the user acceptance testing of the platform for NSE, including developing new test scripts. Naturally, you will be able to support local teams if they have questions about Intela functionality.

  • Build and maintain a deep knowledge of Intela.
  • Prepare and run demos of Intela, demonstrating features and functionality and explain how the business can leverage benefits from the same.
  • Monitoring requirements and ensuring you are kept abreast of those pertaining to your clients and keeping the NSE CoE team updated by way of co-leading weekly meetings.
  • Aiding in documenting requirements and identifying improvement areas.
  • Track requirements, bugs, and maintaining a record of testing.
  • Run user acceptance testing of new releases of Intela.
  • Develop test scripts.
