Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
Join Deloitte's Audit Delivery Center (ADC) as an Audit Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting audit engagements across a dynamic and international environment. This six-month paid internship offers an opportunity to develop technical and professional skills while working alongside experienced audit professionals. 

We're Looking For:
  • Final-year student in Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Availability to work 24–31 hours per week.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
Your future role
  • Support audit teams with data analysis, documentation, and audit testing activities.
  • Assist in reviewing financial information and preparing working papers.
  • Work with MS Excel and other audit tools to support engagement delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams while meeting quality and compliance standards.
  • Learn audit methodologies and contribute to business continuity through timely and accurate work.

Selection process
Our selection process is designed to assess your motivation, analytical thinking, and potential to grow within Deloitte's Audit Delivery Center.
Step 1: Online Application

Selected candidates will be invited to complete a short assessment evaluating analytical, numerical, and English language skills.
Step 3: Interview
Meet with members of the Talent Acquisition and Audit teams to discuss your academic background, motivation, and career aspirations.
Step 4: Offer & Onboarding
Successful candidates will receive an internship offer and onboarding details for joining the Sarajevo Audit Delivery Center team.
